Ellen Baxt has 15 years of experience as a professional developer, curriculum writer, program coordinator, student advisor, and ESL instructor for adult literacy and high school programs.
She is the creator of the NYSED/CUNY CareerKits, adopted as required curriculum in adult literacy programs throughout New York State.
